This cannot be undone. This will permanently delete imported chats, messages, visitors, agents, categories, FAQs, knowledge base articles, AI results, import jobs, logs, and generated output files. Please take a backup first.

Delete imported chat data

chats, messages, visitors, agents, chat_agents, tags, chat_tags, attachments

Delete generated knowledge/training data

categories, chat_categories, KB articles, AI suggestions, FAQ candidates, training tables if present

Clear old rule categories and rule-based chat classifications

Deactivates source=rule categories and removes only their chat_categories links. Imported chats and messages stay untouched.

Delete jobs and logs

import jobs, import errors, AI jobs, export jobs, job logs if present

Delete generated output files

outputs/ai, outputs/kb, outputs/exports only

Keep settings

API keys and settings are kept by default.

Also reset application settings

app_settings, ai_settings, tawk_api_settings/tawk_settings if present.

I understand this will permanently delete selected data.
